Before your appointment
Exfoliate the night before and arrive with no deodorant, perfume or body lotion on the skin. Wear loose dark clothing and bring a spare pair of flip flops so the guide colour does not rub off on shoes.
Aftercare that keeps the colour
Shower when your chosen development time is up, pat dry rather than rubbing, and moisturise daily from the next day. Avoid swimming and long baths if you want the tan to last its full week.
