SHELLAC is the gel polish we use most often: it sets under a lamp, so there is no drying time and the colour stays glossy for around two to three weeks. Manicures and pedicures include shaping, cuticle work and a short massage before the colour goes on.

Full manicure or tidy-up
The full manicure covers nail shaping, cuticle work, a hand massage and colour. The thirty minute tidy-up skips the massage and puts the time into shape and polish, which suits clients who already have a set on and need a refresh.
Rubber base for weaker nails
A rubber base layer adds flexibility under the colour, which helps nails that peel, ridge or bend. It is the option we suggest when a standard Shellac manicure keeps lifting early.
Removal and aftercare
Book removal rather than picking colour off, which takes layers of the natural nail with it. Keep hands moisturised and wear gloves for washing up. Pedicures include hard skin removal and a foot massage.

How long does a Shellac manicure take?
A full manicure with Shellac takes about an hour and costs £45. A tidy-up with Shellac is thirty minutes at £32, and a pedicure with Shellac is an hour at £45.
How long does Shellac last?
Most clients get two to three weeks of wear. Nail growth, hand washing and housework all affect it, and a rubber base can help if your nails are weak or bend easily.
Can you remove gel polish applied elsewhere?
Yes. Removal is a gentle soak and tidy, and we add about fifteen minutes to the appointment. Mention it when you book so the right slot is reserved.
