Kleo Gift Vouchers make an ideal present to treat someone special to a few hours of indulgence. They can be purchased to cover any value, or treatment and are available from reception. Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months and must be produced at the time of your treatment.

These are offered complimentary by our highly experienced therapists and technicians on our extensive range of services.

CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel an appointment, otherwise a £10 charge will be implemented.

APPOINTMENTS

We have allowed enough time from entering the salon, changing and leaving in the appointment timing in the price list. Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to enable you to complete a consultation form. Appointments must finish at the allotted time, so please be fashionably early.

COURSES

All courses are available for all our treatments. If after paying you cannot continue the full course for any reason, we regret that payments cannot be returned. Courses are valid for 12 months. INCLUDING SUNBED COURSES

DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking for treatments over £70.

PATCH TEST

The patch test for eyelash/eyebrow tint, eyelash lift/perm, eyelash extensions are required at least 24 hours before the treatment and repeated if you have not had the treatment within 6 months.

DISPOSABLE UNDERWEAR

Is provided for waxing and body treatments.

PEDICURE TREATMENT

Preserve your pedicure's polish by wearing open-toed shoes to feet treatments (or purchase our pedi-shoes to go). Alternatively, why not go for Shellac-long lasting polish that is instantly dry.

MEN'S FACIALS

For a smooth-sailing facial treatment, please shave before arrival.
